Griddle Russell Hobbs RH01861EU7 28 cm Crystaltech – antiaanbaklaag bakplaat, platte grillpan

The Russell Hobbs RH01861EU7 28 cm Crystaltech griddle is a flat frying surface designed for stovetop grilling and searing. The 28 cm diameter provides a broad cooking area while the Crystaltech non-stick surface promotes even heat distribution and reliable food release, reducing the need for oil and simplifying cleanup. The griddle is suitable for preparing meats, vegetables, pancakes and sandwiches on gas, electric and ceramic hobs.

Advantages

The Crystaltech non-stick coating ensures easy release of food and straightforward washing after use. Its flat design and wide diameter allow consistent browning and searing across a single surface, making it easier to cook multiple items at once. The construction provides uniform heat transfer to minimize hot spots and helps maintain cooking control with typical stovetop heat settings.

Suitable for

• Pan-searing steaks and chops
• Grilling vegetables and mushrooms
• Cooking pancakes, crêpes and flatbreads
• Toasting sandwiches and quesadillas

• Type: Flat griddle pan suitable for stovetop use
• Compatibility: Works on gas, electric and ceramic hobs
• Design: Wide, flat profile for even searing and browning

How to use

Preheat the griddle on a medium heat setting until warm, then add a small amount of oil or use the non-stick surface without oil depending on the recipe. Place food in a single layer to ensure even contact with the surface and avoid overcrowding. Adjust heat as required to achieve desired sear or browning, and turn items once during cooking for even results. After cooling, clean with warm soapy water and a soft sponge to preserve the coating; avoid abrasive cleaners and metal utensils that can damage the surface.

Recommendations

For best performance, preheat the griddle gradually and avoid using empty high heat for extended periods. Use silicone, wooden or nylon utensils to protect the non-stick coating and hand wash when possible to extend the life of the surface.
