Grillpan BALLARINI 75002-924-0 vierkant zwart 28 cm

The BALLARINI 75002-924-0 Square Black 28 cm grill pan is a cookware item designed for indoor grilling and searing. Its square shape increases usable cooking surface compared to a round pan of similar size, while a 28 cm side dimension fits standard hobs and oven racks. The pan’s black finish provides a neutral, modern look suitable for a variety of kitchen styles. Constructed to promote even heat distribution, it is intended for preparing grilled meats, fish and vegetables with characteristic grill marks.

Advantages

This grill pan offers an expanded cooking area because of its square shape, efficient heat conduction for consistent temperatures across the surface, and raised ridges that help drain fat away from food and create sear lines. The black finish resists visible staining and integrates with most cooktop surfaces. Its size balances capacity and storage convenience, making it practical for everyday use.

Suitable for

• Grilling steaks, chops and burgers on gas, electric or ceramic hobs
• Grilling fish fillets and seafood
• Cooking vegetables and pan-roasting peppers, zucchini or asparagus
• Preparing one-pan meals for small families or two to three portions

Key specifications

• Shape: square
• Cooking surface size: 28 cm (across usable cooking area)
• Color: black
• Raised ridged grilling surface for searing and fat drainage
• Suitable for use on common hob types: gas, electric, ceramic
• Designed for even heat distribution across the base

How to use

Preheat the grill pan on the hob to the desired temperature before adding food; a properly preheated surface improves searing and reduces sticking. Lightly oil the food or the ridges as needed rather than flooding the pan with oil. Place pieces with space between them so heat circulates and grill marks form. Turn items once to ensure even cooking. After use, allow the pan to cool before cleaning; follow manufacturer care recommendations for nonstick or coated surfaces.

Recommendations

Use medium to medium-high heat for most grilling tasks to avoid overheating the pan and to maintain coating performance. Avoid prolonged dry heating at maximum temperature. Use heat-resistant utensils to prevent surface abrasion and hand-wash if the manufacturer advises to extend coating life. Ensure the pan is compatible with your hob type before use.
