Grillamp RealPower 495550 – roestvrij staal, batterij AAA, set van 2 voor buitenbarbecue

RealPower 495550 is a stainless-steel grill light set of two battery-powered lamps designed for outdoor barbecue use. Each compact lamp measures 39 mm by 39 mm in cross section and extends up to 250 mm in height, providing targeted illumination over the cooking area. Powered by standard AAA batteries, the lights attach close to the grill or smoker to improve visibility during evening or low-light grilling sessions while resisting typical outdoor conditions.

Advantages

The stainless-steel housing offers corrosion resistance suitable for outdoor barbecue environments, and the compact design allows placement close to the cooking surface without obstructing movement around the grill. Battery power (AAA) removes the need for mains electricity and simplifies setup, while the set of two lights provides balanced illumination for larger cooking areas or multiple zones on a smoker or grill.

Suitable for

• Evening and low-light outdoor grilling
• Gas, charcoal grills and smokers where targeted illumination is needed
• Portable barbecue setups, picnics, and small outdoor kitchens
• Situations where mains power is unavailable or impractical

When it may not be suitable

These lights are battery-powered and designed for targeted task illumination rather than wide-area lighting; they are not intended to replace large floodlights or fixed outdoor lighting systems. The product dimensions and mounting arrangement are compact, so they may not provide adequate coverage for very large grills or multi-burner commercial units without additional lighting.

Key specifications

• Material: Stainless steel housing
• Power source: AAA batteries (per lamp)
• Quantity in pack: 2 lamps
• Dimensions (approx.): 39 mm width × 39 mm depth × 250 mm height
• Intended use: Outdoor barbecue and grilling task lighting

How to use

Install AAA batteries in each lamp according to the polarity markings, then attach the lamps near the cooking area so the beams illuminate the grill surface without shining directly into the cook's eyes. Position the two lamps to provide even light distribution across the cooking zones; adjust the angle and height if the lamps have movable heads. Turn the lights on before beginning to cook in low-light conditions and turn them off when not required to conserve battery life.

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm you can use and replace AAA batteries and consider keeping spares for extended use
• Check that the lamp dimensions and mounting method suit your grill or smoker configuration
• Assess whether two compact lamps will provide sufficient coverage for your cooking area

Recommendations

For best results, mount the two stainless-steel lamps to provide balanced illumination across the grill surface and avoid glare by angling lights toward the cooking zone. Replace batteries as needed and wipe the stainless-steel housing clean after use to maintain appearance and performance.
