Advantages

The 16 cm blade length allows controlled, accurate cuts while still covering larger items. The universal blade profile supports multiple tasks such as trimming, portioning and thin slicing. An olive wood handle provides a comfortable hold and a warm, tactile surface that resists slipping under normal kitchen conditions. The knife’s balanced design facilitates steady handling for everyday cooking tasks.

Key specifications

• Blade length: 16 cm, medium-length profile for precision and versatility
• Blade type: universal utility blade suitable for multiple cutting tasks
• Handle material: olive wood, shaped for ergonomic grip
• Overall balance: designed for steady handling during repetitive tasks

How to use

Hold the knife firmly with a pinch grip near the blade for greater control, and guide the tip and heel according to the cut required. Use a stable cutting board and apply even, controlled force when slicing or chopping. For dicing, make parallel cuts followed by perpendicular cuts to achieve uniform pieces. When working with meats, use smooth, decisive strokes to avoid tearing. After use, hand-wash the knife with mild detergent, dry immediately and store in a knife block or protective sheath to preserve the olive wood handle and blade edge.

Recommendations

To maintain blade performance and the olive wood handle, avoid prolonged soaking, dishwasher cleaning and exposure to extreme heat. Regular honing and occasional professional sharpening will keep the cutting edge effective. Apply a light food-safe oil to the olive wood handle periodically to retain its appearance and prevent drying.
