Hager FZ441 multimediaveld 300x195x155 mm lichtgrijs

The Hager FZ441 multimedia field redefines internal distribution board organization by providing a dedicated, ventilated compartment for routers, switches, and modems—components that typically clutter DIN rail space or sit awkwardly outside the enclosure. Its 300 mm width, 195 mm height, and 155 mm depth create a generous cavity that integrates seamlessly with Hager Volta and Univers Z series boards, turning a standard distribution cabinet into a tidy network hub.

Highlights

• Dedicated multimedia field for active network devices inside distribution boards
• Compatible with Hager Volta and Univers Z series for straightforward retrofitting
• Perforated mounting plate included for flexible device positioning
• Integrated cable routing and strain relief keep connections neat and secure
• Optimized ventilation to dissipate heat from always-on electronics
• Halogen-free, light grey (RAL 7035) plastic construction for safety and consistency

In daily use

Instead of leaving a modem balanced on a shelf or drilling extra holes, the FZ441 gives installers a purpose-built space that mounts internally. The perforated plate accepts various device footprints, while the cable management features prevent tangled patch leads and accidental disconnects. Because active components generate heat, the field's ventilation design helps maintain stable operating temperatures, reducing the risk of thermal throttling or premature failure. The light grey finish matches standard Hager enclosures, so the finished installation looks professional and uncluttered.
