Hama 00221011 kabelbox universeel kabelbox wit

The Hama 00221011 Universal White cable box is a practical enclosure for organizing and concealing power and signal cables in home or office environments. With a white plastic construction and external dimensions of 406 x 156 x 135 mm (width x depth x height), the unit provides a compact, unobtrusive housing that helps reduce visible cable clutter and protects connectors from dust and accidental disconnection.

Advantages

The cable box combines a lightweight plastic body with a neutral white colour that integrates with a variety of interiors. Its rectangular footprint and moderate height allow it to accommodate multiple power strips, adapters and cable bundles while keeping them out of sight. The enclosed design reduces dust accumulation on plugs and cables and lowers the risk of accidental tugs or trips.

Suitable for

• Concealing power strips and charger adapters under desks or behind media furniture
• Organizing cables in home offices, living rooms and small server or AV setups
• Protecting cable connections from dust and accidental disconnection in shared spaces

Key specifications

• Material: Plastic
• Product colour: White
• External dimensions (W x D x H): 406 x 156 x 135 mm
• Form factor: Rectangular enclosure for cable and power strip storage

How to use

Place the cable box on a stable, flat surface near the power source or behind furniture where the cable entry points align with sockets and device leads. Open the lid or access panel, position power strips and adapters inside so that plugs are accessible yet contained, route cables through the openings provided, and close the box to conceal the contents. Ensure ventilation space if high-dissipation adapters are stored and avoid overfilling beyond the internal clearance to prevent damage to connectors.

Recommendations

Do not place the cable box on heated surfaces or block ventilation openings of connected devices. For safety, check that power strips and adapters used inside have appropriate overload protection and keep the interior dry; periodically inspect cables for wear and re-route or replace damaged cords.
