Hama 00300014 netwerkkabel grijs 5 m Cat6 F/UTP (FTP)

The Hama 00300014 is a 5 m Cat6 F/UTP networking cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends. It supports Gigabit Ethernet data transfer at up to 1 Gbps and is designed for reliable high-speed internet connections and local network setups. The cable’s shielding reduces electromagnetic interference while flexible materials provide kink protection and help prevent cable breakage.

Advantages

F/UTP shielding offers additional protection against electromagnetic interference, improving signal stability. Cat6 specification and 10/100/1000Base-T(X) compatibility enable data transfer rates up to 1000 Mbit/s. Flexible construction enhances durability by reducing strain and the risk of damage from bending.

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into your router, switch or modem and the other into the target device’s Ethernet port. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and secure. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension; use cable clips or ties if necessary to keep the installation tidy and strain-free.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep cable runs within standard Ethernet length limits and avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines to minimise interference. Inspect connectors regularly and replace the cable if outer sheath or connectors show visible damage.
