Hama C-Laeta USB-stick 128 GB USB Type-A / USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 1 (3.1 Gen 1) zilver

The Hama 128 GB C-Laeta USB flash drive combines dual USB Type-A and USB Type-C connectors in a compact, cap-protected design. It supports USB 3.2 Gen 1 (also marketed as 3.1 Gen 1) for fast file transfers and is finished in silver for a neutral, modern look. Read speeds reach up to 70 MB/s with write speeds up to 40 MB/s, providing a reliable portable storage solution that works with both older USB-A devices and newer USB-C equipment.

Advantages

The reversible USB-C connector removes the need to orient the plug before insertion, and the additional USB-A interface ensures compatibility with devices that lack USB-C ports. The flash drive’s 128 GB capacity offers ample space for documents, photos and media, while the cap protects the connector when not in use. USB 3.2 Gen 1 support enables accelerated data transfer compared with USB 2.0 devices.

Suitable for

• Transferring and backing up documents and photos
• Expanding storage between laptops, desktops and tablets with USB-A or USB-C
• Carrying media files for playback on compatible devices

How to use

Remove the protective cap and insert the appropriate connector (USB-C or USB-A) into the device’s port. The reversible USB-C plug can be inserted in either orientation. Once connected, the flash drive will appear as external storage on most operating systems; copy, move or delete files using your device’s file manager. After file operations finish, use the operating system’s eject or safe removal function before unplugging to avoid data corruption, then replace the cap for protection.

Recommendations

For best performance, connect the drive to a USB 3.2 Gen 1 (or compatible) port. Regularly back up important data and avoid removing the drive during active file transfers. Keep the protective cap in place when not in use to protect the connectors.
