Hangmap Elba DEFI FLEX oranje, karton 230 g/m², ophangsysteem

Elba DEFI FLEX hanging folders in orange are made from 230 g/m² cardboard and designed to hold and protect documents on standard suspension rails. The folders combine a lightweight yet rigid construction with a flexible suspension system that adapts to different filing frames. High-visibility orange color allows quick visual identification and organization of active files, while the cardboard provides surface resistance for repeated handling during storage and transport.

Advantages

The 230 g/m² cardboard offers a balance of sturdiness and lightness, reducing shelf weight without sacrificing durability. The flexible suspension system is compatible with common suspension rails and allows smooth movement within filing cabinets. The bright orange finish improves file location speed and supports color-coded filing schemes. The folder edges and seams are reinforced for improved wear resistance during frequent use.

Key specifications

How to use

Place documents inside the folder and align the suspension hooks with the filing rails of your cabinet or box. Slide the folder onto the rails until it rests securely and distributes the weight evenly. Use the orange color for quick identification; add labels or index tabs if required for indexing. When transporting, close the cabinet or carry the folder in a protective container to prevent bending or moisture exposure.

Recommendations

Store folders upright on appropriate suspension rails and avoid overfilling; keep weight per folder within cabinet specifications to prevent deformation of the cardboard. For long-term archival storage, use in a dry, temperature-stable environment and consider acid-free inserts if storing sensitive paper. Replace folders showing significant wear to maintain protection and ease of access.
