How to use

Place the folder so its hanging edges engage with the drawer bottom suspension rails designed for drawer bottom V. Insert documents upright into the folder, aligning edges to avoid overfilling which can deform the cardboard. For frequent access, leave a small clearance at the top of the folder to make removal easier. If transferring files between drawers or cabinets, support the folder from beneath to prevent bending at the suspension edges.

Recommendations

For longevity, avoid exposing the hanging folders to excessive moisture or direct sunlight; store in dry indoor conditions. Use appropriate dividers or tabs compatible with bottom-hung drawers to label contents without bending the folder. For heavy or archival documents, consider using reinforced or rigid folders to prevent sagging.
