How to use

Place A4 documents into the suspension file so they hang from the wire metal bar. Use the push-button linking system to join multiple files together along the filing rail to keep documents in sequence and prevent individual files from being misplaced. Insert or replace labels in the label holder to describe contents and make retrieval easier.

Recommendations

For best results, use the suspension file in a compatible lateral filing rail and avoid overfilling beyond the 15 mm base capacity to maintain stable hanging and prevent damage to the metal bar or card material.
