How to use

Place the folder on the rails of a compatible suspension filing system and slide documents inside. Write or insert an appropriate label into the clear plastic label holder to identify the contents. Use the reinforced base and rods to support heavier document sets; align the folder in the filing frame to ensure smooth sliding and access.

Recommendations

For best longevity, avoid overfilling beyond the reinforced capacity and store folders in a dry environment. Use colour-coding together with labels for faster retrieval and consistent organisation.
