• Format: A4-compatible hanging folder
• Material: Cardboard for structural rigidity
• Quantity: Pack of 5 folders in assorted colours
• Mounting: Designed to hang on standard filing rails or frames
• Profile: Slim, space-efficient construction

How to use

Place the hanging folder onto the filing rails or frame by aligning the reinforced edges with the rails and allowing the folder to rest evenly. Insert A4 documents inside the folder, arranging them so the top edges are flush and supported by the cardboard. For colour-based organization, assign each colour to a category or project and move folders within the cabinet as filing needs change. When removing a folder, support the bottom edge to avoid bending the cardboard and prevent paper slippage.

Recommendations

Use these folders for active files that require frequent access and light protection. Avoid overfilling beyond the folder's capacity to maintain structural integrity and ensure smooth sliding on rails. Store in a dry environment to prevent cardboard deformation.
