How to use

Open the enclosure according to the supplied instructions, insert a compatible 2.5" SATA drive (up to 9.5 mm height) and secure it in place. Connect the enclosure to a computer using the supplied USB cable and the USB Type-A port; the device should be recognized automatically through plug-and-play. Use standard file manager tools on your operating system to format, access or transfer files to the drive as required. Always eject the drive safely from the host system before disconnecting to avoid data corruption.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, use a good-quality USB cable and connect directly to a host computer USB port rather than through unpowered hubs when transferring large files. Keep the enclosure on a flat, well-ventilated surface to maintain heat dissipation and avoid exposing it to moisture or strong impacts. Regularly back up important data stored on the enclosed drive.
