HDD Western Digital 1 TB 3,5 inch Serial ATA III WD10PURZ

The WD Purple 1 TB 3.5" Serial ATA III (WD10PURZ) internal hard drive is designed for continuous, always-on surveillance systems. With 1 TB capacity, 5400 RPM rotational speed and a 64 MB buffer, this drive is optimized for reliable video recording and playback in high-temperature, 24/7 security environments. It supports a workload rate up to 180 TB/year and is compatible with many NVRs and enclosures using the SATA III interface.

Advantages

WD Purple drives are engineered specifically for surveillance workloads, offering sustained performance for multiple video streams and dependable playback. The drive supports up to 64 cameras, integrates with a broad range of industry-leading enclosures and chipsets, and uses IntelliSeek technology to reduce power consumption, noise and vibration in always-on high-temperature conditions.

Suitable for

• Network video recorders (NVR) for small to medium surveillance systems
• Continuous 24/7 video recording and storage
• Multi-camera setups up to 64 cameras
• Environments requiring low power consumption and thermal resilience
