HDMI-C adapter LogiLink AH0009 zwart

The LogiLink AH0009 Black is an HDMI C to HDMI A gender changer designed to convert a mini/Type C HDMI connection to a standard Type A HDMI plug. The adapter has gold-plated contacts to support reliable signal transfer and improved contact durability. Its compact black housing provides a low-profile solution for connecting devices with different HDMI connector types without changing cables.

Advantages

The AH0009 offers a compact and lightweight form factor that preserves existing cabling while enabling compatibility between devices with HDMI C and HDMI A connectors. Gold-plated contacts reduce corrosion and help maintain signal integrity over repeated connections. The unobtrusive black finish integrates with a variety of AV setups and reduces visual clutter.

Suitable for

• Connecting devices with HDMI C (mini) outputs to displays or cables with HDMI A inputs
• Home entertainment setups where a direct cable change is not desirable
• Portable devices such as cameras, tablets or laptops that use HDMI C
• AV installations requiring a simple gender conversion between HDMI connector types

• Connector 1: HDMI C (mini HDMI)
• Connector 2: HDMI A (standard HDMI)
• Contacts: Gold-plated for improved conductivity and corrosion resistance
• Colour: Black
• Form factor: Compact inline gender changer

How to use

Insert the HDMI C connector of the adapter into the device with a mini/Type C HDMI output, then connect a standard HDMI A cable or plug into the adapter's HDMI A side. Ensure both device and display are powered off or set to the appropriate input/output modes when making connections to avoid signal detection issues. After connecting, power on the devices and select the correct HDMI input on the display if necessary.

Recommendations

Use the adapter in applications where connector type conversion is needed without altering existing cables. For best results, pair the adapter with high-quality HDMI cables and avoid excessive bending or strain at the connector junctions to maintain contact integrity and signal performance.
