HDMI-kabel e+p HDMV 401/10 10 m zwart

The e+p HDMV 401/10 HDMI cable 10 m Black is a 10‑metre HDMI Type A to Type A cable designed for connecting TVs, monitors, AV receivers and media players across longer distances. It features gold‑plated contacts to improve contact reliability and signal transmission, supports 3D video formats and includes an Audio Return Channel (ARC) for sending audio from a TV back to an AV receiver or soundbar. The cable's black jacket provides a discreet appearance for home and professional installations.

Advantages

The cable offers robust physical connectors with gold plating that reduce corrosion and help maintain stable electrical contact over time. At a length of 10 metres it enables flexible device placement without requiring signal extenders for short to medium long runs. Support for 3D video and ARC adds functional versatility for home cinema setups, while the black exterior blends with most AV equipment and interior designs.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Linking a TV with an AV receiver or soundbar using ARC for simplified audio routing
• Setting up a projector or large display in home theatre, classroom or meeting room environments
• Replacing a short HDMI run with a single longer cable to reduce clutter and additional adapters

How to use

Connect one HDMI Type A plug to the HDMI output of the source device (for example a Blu‑ray player or set‑top box) and the other plug to the HDMI input on the TV, monitor or AV receiver. If using ARC, ensure the TV and AV receiver or soundbar HDMI ports support ARC and enable the ARC function in device settings to route audio from the TV back to the external audio system. Position the cable to avoid tight bends and secure it using cable ties or clips where necessary to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel to power cables for long distances and keep bend radius gentle near connectors. If you require very high bandwidth features (such as 4K@60Hz with HDR or advanced gaming features), verify compatibility with your devices and consider a higher‑specification HDMI cable if needed.
