HDMI-kabel EFB Elektronik K5440HQSW.1 1 m

The EFB Elektronik K5440HQSW.1 1m HDMI cable is a standard HDMI Type A lead designed for transmitting high-definition audio and video signals between compatible devices. With a one-metre length and a black outer jacket, the cable fits home entertainment setups where a short, dependable connection is required. Gold-plated HDMI Type A connectors provide improved contact resistance and help maintain signal integrity for 3D content and Audio Return Channel (ARC) support.

Advantages

This HDMI cable offers a compact 1 m length that reduces excess cable clutter while maintaining full HDMI functionality. Gold-plated connectors enhance corrosion resistance and reduce the risk of intermittent contact. The cable supports 3D formats and ARC, allowing bi-directional audio return between TV and audio equipment without additional cables. Its standard Type A HDMI interfaces ensure broad compatibility with TVs, monitors, set-top boxes and media players.

Suitable for

• Connecting a TV to a soundbar or AV receiver that supports ARC
• Linking Blu-ray players, gaming consoles or set-top boxes to an HDTV
• Connecting monitors, projectors or media players in a compact home setup
• Replacing short or damaged HDMI leads between devices in tight installation spaces

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1 m
• Connector type: HDMI Type A to HDMI Type A (standard)
• Supported features: 3D, Audio Return Channel (ARC)
• Connector plating: gold-plated contacts
• Colour: black

How to use

Insert one HDMI Type A connector into the HDMI output of the source device (for example a Blu-ray player, console or set-top box) and the other connector into the HDMI input of the display or audio device. For ARC functionality, connect the cable between the TV HDMI ARC port and the compatible audio device’s HDMI ARC input, then enable ARC in device settings if necessary. Ensure both devices are powered off when connecting to avoid hot-plug issues, then power them on and select the correct HDMI input on the display.

Recommendations

Use the 1 m cable where a short, tidy connection is desirable — avoid tight bends near the connector and keep the cable clear of heat sources. If ARC or specific 3D modes are not detected, check device settings and try a different HDMI input or enable the corresponding feature on both devices.
