HDMI-kabel LANBERG CA-HDMI-10CC-0100-BK, HDMI Type-A – Type-A, 10 m, zwart, HDMI 1.4b

The LANBERG CA-HDMI-10CC-0100-BK is a 10 m HDMI Type A–Type A cable compliant with the HDMI 1.4b standard, designed to transmit high-quality digital audio and video signals between compatible devices. The cable features gold-plated HDMI connectors and a black outer jacket for discrete installation in home entertainment, office or educational environments. It supports reliable signal transfer over longer distances for connections between TVs, projectors, monitors and computers that accept standard HDMI Type A ports.

Advantages

This HDMI cable provides a standardized HDMI 1.4b interface ensuring compatibility with a wide range of devices that support that specification. Gold-plated connectors improve electrical contact and reduce the risk of corrosion over time. With a 10 m length, the cable enables flexible placement of source and display devices while maintaining a single-cable solution for both audio and video. The black outer jacket offers a neutral appearance suitable for visible installations or concealed cable runs.

Suitable for

• Connecting Blu-ray players, set-top boxes or media players to televisions
• Linking computers or laptops to monitors and HDTVs
• Connecting projectors in meeting rooms or classrooms
• Home theatre systems requiring a longer HDMI run without intermediate converters

Key specifications

• Standard: HDMI 1.4b
• Connector type: HDMI Type A (male) to HDMI Type A (male)
• Cable length: 10 m
• Connector plating: gold-plated contacts
• Colour: black
• Supports combined digital audio and video transmission

How to use

Connect one HDMI Type A connector to the HDMI output of the source device (for example a Blu-ray player, PC or media streamer) and the other connector to the HDMI input of the display device (TV, monitor or projector). Ensure both devices are powered on and select the corresponding HDMI input on the display. For best results, avoid sharp bends and excessive twisting along the 10 m cable length and secure the cable with cable ties or clips if routing along walls or under furniture.

Recommendations

For consistent signal quality, keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources such as unshielded power cables or large motors. If using long runs through walls or ceilings, follow local installation regulations and avoid excessive coiling; allow some slack for movement and connector strain relief.
