HDMI-kabel Lanberg CA-HDMI-30FB-1000-BK 100m zwart

The Lanberg CA-HDMI-30FB-1000-BK is an active optical HDMI 2.1 cable in black with a length of 100 m. Using optical fibres as the transmission medium, the cable enables lossless audio and video signal transfer over long distances while remaining thin and flexible for easier routing. The cable supports the HDMI 2.1 (Ultra High Speed) specification with a data rate up to 48 Gbit/s, allowing video up to 8K at 60 Hz and, with DSC (Display Stream Compression), higher effective resolutions up to 10K. Gold-plated HDMI Type A connectors ensure reliable contact. Note: the cable transmits signals in one direction; check the directional markings on the plugs before connecting.

Advantages

The optical construction provides immunity to electromagnetic interference and enables stable, lossless transmission over 100 m. The thin profile improves cable management and routing in installations, while gold-plated HDMI Type A connectors contribute to consistent signal transfer. Support for HDMI 2.1 features and a 48 Gbit/s bandwidth ensures compatibility with modern high-resolution displays and sources.

Suitable for

• Long-distance HDMI connections in home theaters and professional AV setups
• Installations where EMI resistance is required (near power lines, servers, or industrial equipment)
• Situations requiring thin, flexible cables for neat routing through conduits or behind walls
• Connections between HDMI 2.1-capable sources and displays for up to 8K@60Hz or higher with DSC

Key specifications

• Cable length: 100 m
• Standard: HDMI 2.1 (Ultra High Speed)
• Bandwidth: up to 48 Gbit/s
• Connectors: HDMI Type A (Standard) — gold-plated on both ends
• Colour: Black
• Transmission medium: optical fibre (active, one-way signal direction)

How to use

Identify the source and display ends using the directional markings on the plugs. Connect the end marked as the source to the HDMI output of your player, PC, or AV device, and connect the end marked as the display to the HDMI input of your TV, monitor, or projector. Ensure both connected devices support the required HDMI features and set the output resolution and refresh rate on the source device. Avoid tight bends or kinks in the cable and secure routing to prevent mechanical stress.

Recommendations

Check device compatibility for HDMI 2.1 features and enable DSC on devices that support it if you need resolutions above 8K. Because the cable is directional and active, always connect according to the plug markings and avoid using passive HDMI extenders or splitters that do not support active optical cables.
