HDMI-stekker-naar-bus-adapter ShiverPeaks 77412 zwart

The ShiverPeaks HDMI male to female connector 77412 in black is a compact inline adapter designed to extend or reroute HDMI connections where a full-length cable is impractical. The adapter pairs a male HDMI plug with a female HDMI receptacle in a low-profile housing, enabling continuation of existing HDMI cables without replacing them. Gold-plated contacts reduce oxidation and help maintain reliable signal transfer for video and audio between compatible devices.

Advantages

This black HDMI male to female connector offers corrosion-resistant gold-plated contacts to support stable digital signal transmission. Its compact form factor allows installation in tight spaces behind furniture or inside AV cabinets. The straightforward plug-and-play design requires no software or power, and the neutral black finish integrates unobtrusively with most AV equipment and cable runs.

Suitable for

• Extending an existing HDMI cable in confined spaces
• Connecting HDMI devices where a short adapter is more convenient than a new cable
• Temporary or permanent AV setups in home theater and gaming systems
• Routing HDMI connections within entertainment centers or media cabinets

Key specifications

• Connector configuration: HDMI male to HDMI female
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts for improved conductivity and corrosion resistance
• Housing colour: black
• Form factor: low-profile inline adapter suitable for tight spaces
• Compatibility: compatible with standard HDMI cables and HDMI devices supporting the HDMI specification

How to use

Insert the male HDMI plug of the connector into the HDMI port of a source or cable, and then plug the HDMI cable into the female receptacle. Ensure both connections are fully seated to avoid loose contacts. The adapter is plug-and-play and requires no configuration; after connection, verify that video and audio are transmitted correctly by testing the display or playback device.

Recommendations

Use the adapter for short extensions or rerouting where signal integrity is maintained by using high-quality HDMI cables. Avoid using multiple adapters in series, and do not strain the connector or cables at sharp angles. For long cable runs or high-bandwidth requirements (such as 4K at higher refresh rates), pair the adapter with certified high-speed HDMI cables to preserve performance.
