Helos Twist-Stop ontwarner TZ-DL-O037 smal design — kabel-/slangontwarringsapparaat

The Helos Twist-Stop Untangler TZ-DL-O037 narrow design — cable/tube untangling device is a compact tool engineered to prevent and correct twists and kinks in flexible lines. Its slim profile allows insertion and operation in confined spaces, making it suitable where standard untanglers cannot fit. The device is designed to guide cables, hoses or tubes through a controlled path to reduce torsion during installation, storage and operation, helping to maintain line integrity and reduce wear.

Advantages

The narrow design provides access to tight routing channels while maintaining effective untangling action. Lightweight construction reduces added load on lines and fittings. The device supports continuous use in maintenance and installation workflows, improving handling of flexible lines and lowering the risk of kinking or premature wear. Its simple shape makes cleaning and inspection straightforward.

Suitable for

• Electrical cable routing in confined panels and conduits
• Hydraulic and pneumatic hose installations in cramped machine areas
• Workshop maintenance where lines must remain untwisted during servicing
• Storage and transport situations that require prevention of twists and kinks

Key specifications

• Narrow-profile body for confined-space access
• Compatible with a variety of flexible lines including cables, hoses and tubes
• Low-weight construction to minimize mechanical load
• Durable surface designed for regular handling and inspection

How to use

Feed the cable, hose or tube through the device's guide path and route it along the intended run. Use the Untangler to align the line so that any existing twists are eased out as you advance the line. For installations, advance the line slowly while holding the device steady to prevent introduction of new torsion. In storage or transport, mount or position the device at points where the line is most likely to twist so it can act as a passive guide.

Recommendations

Inspect the device and the routed lines regularly for signs of wear or abrasion. Select an installation route that avoids sharp edges or pinch points; where necessary, use additional protective sleeves or grommets. When working with pressurized hoses or live electrical cables, follow applicable safety procedures and disconnect or depressurize systems before routing.
