How to use

Place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface and ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. Preheat if required by setting the rotary control to the recommended temperature and time for your recipe. Add the food to the cooking basket in a single layer where possible to allow even air circulation; a light brushing of oil is optional depending on the desired crispness. Start the cycle by turning the rotary control to the chosen time. Check food towards the end of the cycle and extend time as needed. Allow the fryer to cool before removing the basket and emptying or cleaning.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid overcrowding the basket and shake or turn items halfway through cooking to promote even browning. Use minimal oil for a crisp finish, and consult recipe guidance for temperature and time settings appropriate to the type and quantity of food.
