Hikvision DS-2CD2T63G2-4LI(2.8mm) 6 MP AcuSense bullet IP camera

For demanding outdoor surveillance, the Hikvision DS-2CD2T63G2-4LI(2.8mm) delivers 6-megapixel clarity with AcuSense human and vehicle classification. Unlike conventional bullet cameras, its 1/2.8" progressive scan CMOS sensor and F1.6 aperture capture sharp 3200 × 1800 video, while the 2.8 mm lens offers a wide 107° horizontal field of view. Built into a rugged IP67 metal housing, this camera operates from -30 °C to 60 °C and sees up to 60 m in complete darkness via IR. Power it with 12 VDC or PoE (802.3af) and store footage locally on a microSD card up to 256 GB.

Highlights

• 6 MP (3200 × 1800) resolution for fine detail
• AcuSense technology reduces false alarms by focusing on humans and vehicles
• 120 dB WDR handles challenging lighting
• IP67 weatherproof metal body for outdoor use
• IR night vision up to 60 m
• H.265+ compression saves bandwidth and storage

In daily use

Mount the DS-2CD2T63G2-4LI on a wall or ceiling to monitor entrances, perimeters, or parking areas. The 2.8 mm lens provides broad coverage, while AcuSense filters out animals, leaves, and other irrelevant motion, sending alerts only for real threats. With 3D DNR and 120 dB WDR, footage remains clear in backlight or low light. The built-in microSD slot supports up to 256 GB for edge storage, and the camera can be powered via a single PoE cable for simple installation.
