For optimal performance, pair the Speedgoat 7 with moisture-wicking socks and consider gaiters for extra debris protection. This shoe runs true to size; if between sizes, we recommend going up half a size for longer runs. Ideal for runners seeking a plush, protective ride on challenging trails.
