DSIT CAT6 buitenkabel netwerkkabel S/FTP AWG 26/7 flexibel 305m zwart CCA

Running a network across a yard, between buildings, or along an exterior wall demands a cable that shrugs off sun, rain, and temperature swings. The DSIT CAT6 Outdoor Network Cable delivers exactly that: a 305-meter reel of S/FTP-shielded, UV-resistant, and water-resistant cabling built for permanent outdoor Gigabit Ethernet links. Its stranded 26 AWG conductors keep the cable flexible enough for tight bends, while the CCA core balances cost and performance for long, fixed installations.

Key specifications

• Category: CAT6, S/FTP (shielded twisted pair with foil per pair and overall braid)
• Conductor: 26 AWG stranded (7-wire), CCA (copper-clad aluminum)
• Length: 305 meters on a convenient reel
• Jacket: Black PE, UV and water resistant for outdoor use
• Performance: Up to 1 Gbps, 250 MHz bandwidth, 100 Ohm impedance
• Standards: Supports 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX, 1000BASE-T
• Connectors: None (bulk cable, terminated on site)

Why choose it

Outdoor runs often fail when indoor-rated cable meets moisture or sunlight. This cable's PE jacket and S/FTP shielding protect against interference and the elements, ensuring stable gigabit speeds. Stranded conductors mean it can be routed through conduit, around corners, or into junction boxes without cracking. The 305-meter reel is ideal for large projects, reducing splices and waste.

Ideal use cases

• Connecting outbuildings, garages, or workshops to a main network
• Outdoor IP camera or access point backhauls
• Long runs in industrial or campus environments
• Custom-length patch cables for outdoor installations

Good to know

CCA conductors offer a cost-effective alternative to solid copper for fixed installations where flexibility and budget matter. Always use proper outdoor-rated connectors and grounding for best performance. This cable is not intended for direct burial; install in conduit or protected pathways.
