ACT geel 5 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6A patchkabel met RJ45-stekkers

The ACT Yellow 5 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6A patch cable (model IB9105) is a 5 m network cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends and S/FTP shielding to support high-speed data transmission up to 10 Gbps. The LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket reduces smoke and halogen emission in case of fire, making the cable suitable for indoor and poorly ventilated environments. Compatible with CPR Euroclass: Eca.

Advantages

This CAT6A S/FTP patch cable provides enhanced protection against electromagnetic interference thanks to its foil and braided shielding. The LSZH jacket lowers the risk of toxic gas and dense smoke during combustion, improving safety in enclosed spaces. With standard RJ-45 connectors and a 5 m length, the cable is ready for straightforward installation and reliable connections between network devices.

Suitable for

• High-speed Ethernet connections up to 10 Gbps
• Indoor installations in offices, server rooms and data cabinets
• Environments where low smoke and halogen-free materials are required

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to your network device (switch, router, NIC) and the other end to the target device or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click. Route the cable without sharp bends and avoid running it parallel to strong power sources to reduce interference. Use cable management accessories to secure the cable and prevent stress on the connectors.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, maintain bend radii recommended for CAT6A cables, avoid excessive pulling force, and install in compliance with building and safety regulations for LSZH materials. Verify compatibility with connected equipment supporting 10 Gbps where required.
