Cirkelzaag Holzmann TAS165AKKU

The Holzmann TAS165AKKU cordless track saw features a 16.5 cm blade and is designed for portable, cable-free cutting of wood. Powered by 20 V batteries (two 80 Wh cells supplied), it delivers up to 5500 rpm no-load speed and provides a maximum cutting depth of 59 mm at 90°. With compact dimensions (305 × 70 × 290 mm) and 100 W input power, this circular saw is suitable for on-site work and transportable woodworking tasks.

Advantages

The TAS165AKKU combines cordless convenience with sufficient cutting performance for typical wood cutting jobs. Twin 80 Wh batteries extend runtime and allow continuous work without mains power. Compact size and moderate weight improve manoeuvrability along guide rails and in confined spaces. The 16.5 cm blade and 5500 rpm ensure clean cuts at common depths used in carpentry and renovation.

Suitable for

• Crosscuts and rip cuts in soft and hardwood
• On-site carpentry and renovation work
• Cutting panels, boards and laminated sheets
• Portable jobs where mains power is unavailable

How to use

Install a compatible 165 mm blade following the manufacturer's safety instructions and secure the battery pack. Set the saw on its guide rail or workpiece, adjust cutting depth to the required 59 mm maximum at 90°, and start the saw to reach the rated no-load speed before feeding the blade steadily through the material. Maintain firm control, keep hands clear of the blade path, and allow the blade to stop completely before removing the saw or battery.

Recommendations

For best results, use sharp blades suitable for the material being cut and keep both 80 Wh batteries charged to ensure uninterrupted work. When cutting laminated or veneered panels, use a fine-tooth blade and guide rail to minimise chipping.
