HONEYWELL Granit Ultra scanner-only tethered rugged 1D/2D standard range vibrator rood

In demanding warehouse and logistics environments, most scanners fail when dropped, exposed to dust, or subjected to extreme temperatures. The Honeywell Granit Ultra 2100ISR-3E is built to thrive where others break. This ultra-rugged, tethered handheld scanner delivers reliable 1D and 2D barcode reading with a standard range area imager, vibration feedback, and a striking red housing. It’s the tool of choice for operations that cannot afford downtime.

Highlights

• Ultra-rugged design: IP67 sealed, survives 3 m drops to concrete and 7,000 tumbles at 1 m
• High-performance 1280 x 800 pixel area imager reads 1D, 2D, and PDF barcodes, including damaged or poorly printed codes
• Standard range scanning with motion tolerance up to 400 cm/s for fast-moving items
• Vibration feedback plus beeper and LED for clear confirmation in noisy environments
• Wired connectivity via USB, RS232, Keyboard Wedge, or IBM 46xx (interchangeable cables)
• Wide operating temperature range from -30°C to 50°C and 0–95% non-condensing humidity
• Red housing for high visibility and easy identification

In daily use

The Granit Ultra 2100ISR-3E excels in fast-paced picking, packing, and shipping operations. Its rugged construction means accidental drops and bumps won’t interrupt workflow. The vibration feedback ensures operators get confirmation even when ambient noise drowns out beeps. The scanner’s immunity to 100,000 lux ambient light allows use near open dock doors or under bright warehouse lighting. With a simple cable swap, it integrates into existing USB, RS232, or keyboard wedge systems, making deployment straightforward.
