HP Service Station Assembly CR357-67025 – Origineel onderhoudsonderdeel voor HP-printers

Original HP Service Station Assembly CR357-67025 is a genuine maintenance component designed to replace the service station in compatible HP printers. The assembly collects and contains waste ink produced during printhead cleaning cycles and normal printer operation, ensuring the printer’s waste-handling subsystem continues to function correctly. Using an original HP part helps maintain consistent print quality and supports reliable printer behavior after maintenance or part replacement.

Advantages

The HP service station assembly is engineered to fit precisely into designated HP models and to interact correctly with the printer’s cleaning and ink management routines. As an original part, it delivers predictable performance, reduces the risk of leaks or misalignment, and integrates with existing sensors and mechanical components. Installation of the correct service station helps avoid interruptions and supports long-term maintenance of printhead condition and print consistency.

Suitable for

• Replacement during routine service or when the existing service station is full or malfunctioning
• Technician-led repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance
• Restoring proper waste-ink containment to maintain printhead cleaning functions

Key specifications

• Function: Waste ink collection and service station for printer maintenance
• Compatibility: Designed for compatible HP printer models that use this service station assembly
• Material: Molded components and absorbent elements suitable for ink containment
• Role in printer system: Interfaces with cleaning cycle mechanisms and waste ink sensors

How to use

Replacement of the service station assembly should be performed according to the printer manufacturer’s service instructions. Power down the printer and follow the step-by-step guidance provided in the service manual or official repair documentation. Remove the old assembly carefully to avoid ink spills, install the new assembly in the correct orientation, and reconnect any mechanical latches or sensor connectors. After installation, run the printer’s initialization or maintenance routine to ensure the assembly is recognized and waste-ink counters or sensors are reset if required.

Recommendations

Use only original HP replacement parts or manufacturer-approved equivalents for service station replacement. Dispose of the removed waste-ink assembly according to local regulations for ink-contaminated components, and wear gloves to avoid contact with residual ink. For service that affects firmware or counters, consult official service documentation or authorized service providers to ensure proper reset and calibration.
