Blanke afdekking kit voor HP Enterprise DL560/DL360 Gen9, reserveonderdeel 775423-001

Blank Cover Kit for HP Enterprise DL560/DL360 Gen9 spare part designed to close unused drive bays and openings in server chassis. These blanking panels restore the intended airflow path and offer basic protection against dust and debris inside HP Enterprise DL560 and DL360 Gen9 systems. The kit is suitable for routine maintenance, repair tasks and reconfiguration of drive layouts in data center and server-room environments, helping to maintain cooling efficiency and stable thermal conditions.

Advantages

The blank cover panels are shaped to fit the drive bay openings used in HP Enterprise DL560 and DL360 Gen9 chassis, providing a low-profile closure that does not obstruct internal airflow management. By sealing unused bays, the kit reduces turbulent air recirculation and helps direct cooled air to populated components. The panels are durable enough for repeated installation and removal during maintenance and reconfiguration operations.

Key specifications

• Compatible form factor: blanking panels sized for HP Enterprise DL560 and DL360 Gen9 drive bay openings
• Material: durable, lightweight plastic suitable for server interiors
• Finish: matte surface to minimize reflections within the chassis
• Attachment: snap-in or screw-in style fastening depending on bay design
• Function: airflow management and dust protection for unused drive bays

How to use

Power down the server or follow your facility's hot-swap procedures if applicable. Remove any placeholder or failed drive caddies from the target bay, then align the blank panel with the bay opening and press or fasten it into place until secure. Verify that the panel sits flush with adjacent bays and that drive trays can still be accessed where required. Document the change in your maintenance records to track bay usage and ensure consistency with equipment airflow planning.

Recommendations

Install blanking panels whenever drive bays are left unpopulated to maintain designed airflow and reduce dust ingress. Inspect panels during routine maintenance and replace if cracked or deformed to avoid compromising thermal performance.
