Infraroodlamp Philips BR125 IR 375W E27 230-250V — 375 W infrarood warmtelamp, E27 fitting, 230–250 V

Philips BR125 IR 375W E27 230-250V is an infrared heat lamp that provides directed radiant heating through a BR125 bulb design. The lamp delivers 375 W of infrared energy and uses a standard E27 screw base for compatibility with common fixtures. It operates on 230–250 V mains and is intended for applications where focused, shortwave infrared heat is required.

Advantages

The lamp offers a high power output of 375 W for rapid, localized heating and a conventional E27 fitting that simplifies installation in many existing sockets. Its BR125 form factor directs infrared radiation to a targeted area, reducing heat loss to the surroundings. Designed by a recognized lighting brand, the lamp provides consistent infrared emission suitable for continuous or intermittent use within rated electrical specifications.

Suitable for

• Warming food in commercial or domestic heating lamps
• Local heating in workshops or production areas
• Providing supplemental warmth for pets or livestock in enclosures
• Therapeutic or clinical applications that use infrared heating elements
• Drying or curing small surfaces where directed heat is needed

Key specifications

• Power: 375 W
• Base type: E27 screw base
• Rated voltage: 230–250 V
• Bulb type: BR125 infrared heat lamp
• Emission: Infrared (radiant heat) designed for directed heating

How to use

Install the bulb into a compatible, heat-rated E27 fixture that is suitable for infrared lamps and rated for the lamp's voltage and wattage. Position the fixture at an appropriate distance and angle so the infrared radiation is directed to the target area; maintain safe clearances from combustible materials and avoid direct prolonged exposure to skin or eyes. Switch the lamp on using the fixture's power control and monitor temperature as needed for the task. Allow the lamp to cool before handling or replacing.

Recommendations

Use the lamp only in fixtures and environments rated for 375 W infrared bulbs and 230–250 V operation; keep the lamp clear of flammable materials, water, and confined unventilated spaces. For animal and food-warming applications, follow hygiene and safety regulations and maintain appropriate distances to prevent overheating. Replace the lamp at the first sign of damage, discoloration, or unstable operation.
