InLine platte ultraplatte patchkabel U/UTP Cat.6 gigabit-geschikt blauw 15 m

Flat InLine® Patch Cable Cat.6, 15 m long, designed for LAN data networks and Gigabit Ethernet connections. This ultra-flat, 4-pair twisted (no U/UTP shielding) cable has a profile height of approximately 1 mm and is intended for discreet installation where space is limited, for example behind furniture, along skirting boards, inside jambs or under carpets. It is suitable for use with switches, routers, hubs, network cards, print servers and other active or passive network peripherals, and its low profile can help improve airflow and accessibility inside rack cabinets.

Advantages

The flat Cat.6 design provides reliable Gigabit-capable data transmission while occupying minimal space. Its 4-pair twisted construction preserves signal integrity without additional shielding, and the slim 1 mm profile allows placement in narrow gaps and under floor coverings. The cable’s blue color and 15 m length offer a practical solution for longer runs in homes and offices.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, routers and hubs to network endpoints
• Wiring network cards and print servers
• Discrete installations behind furniture or along skirting boards
• Runs under carpets or through narrow gaps in offices and homes
• Cable management inside rack cabinets where low profile is required

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.6
• Length: 15 m
• Construction: 4-pair twisted, ultra-flat
• Shielding: U/UTP (no overall shielding)
• Profile height: approx. 1 mm
• Colour: Blue

How to use

Connect the RJ45 plugs at each end of the flat patch cable to the corresponding Ethernet ports on your devices (switch, router, PC, printer, etc.). Route the cable through the chosen path—behind furniture, along skirting boards, under carpets or inside racks—ensuring it is not sharply bent beyond typical Ethernet cable bend radii. For rack installations, arrange the cable to support airflow and maintain easy access to ports.

Recommendations

Place the cable flat and avoid tight kinks; do not use in outdoor or exposed environments. For installations near strong sources of electromagnetic interference, consider using a shielded cable variant if required by the environment.
