InLine platte ultraslim patchkabel U/UTP Cat.6 gigabit-geschikt geel 7 m

Flat InLine® Patch Cable Cat.6, 7 m, yellow — ultra-flat, 4-pair twisted (U/UTP) cable for LAN data networks. Designed for Ethernet and Fast Ethernet connections between switches, routers, hubs, network cards, print servers and other active or passive network devices. With a profile height of approximately 1 mm, the cable is suitable for installations that require a discreet, low-profile solution and supports Gigabit data transmission.

Advantages

The flat U/UTP design reduces profile thickness to enable routing behind furniture, under carpets, along skirting boards or inside rack cabinets while maintaining four twisted pairs for Cat.6 performance. Its low height helps improve airflow in rack installations and simplifies access to sockets and cable runs. The 7 m length and yellow colour provide visibility and flexibility during installation.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, routers and hubs
• Linking network interface cards and print servers
• Routing under carpets, behind furniture or along skirting boards
• Patch cabling inside rack cabinets where space and airflow matter

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.6 (U/UTP)
• Length: 7 m
• Colour: Yellow
• Configuration: 4-pair twisted
• Profile height: approx. 1 mm (ultra-flat)

How to use

Route the flat patch cable between devices ensuring connectors are securely inserted into RJ45 ports. For low-profile installations, tuck the cable behind furniture, along skirting boards or under carpets, avoiding sharp bends and pinch points. Inside server or network racks, lay the cable so it does not obstruct airflow or access to ports; secure as needed with low-profile clips.

Recommendations

Use the cable for Gigabit-capable connections and avoid excessive bending or repeated compression to preserve Cat.6 performance. Do not expose to sharp edges, heavy foot traffic or outdoor conditions; choose indoor installation locations only.
