InLine USB-displayconverterset 6-in-1, 4K/60Hz zilver

The InLine USB Display Converter Set 6-in-1 (model 64109S) enables connection of monitors with DisplayPort, HDMI or VGA to a computer USB Type-C port. The set contains modular adapters that can be combined or used individually to provide six connection options: USB Type-C to DisplayPort, DisplayPort to HDMI, HDMI to VGA, USB Type-C to HDMI, DisplayPort to VGA and USB Type-C to VGA. The adapters feature an aluminium housing, a short approx. 10 cm cable and support USB 3.1, DisplayPort 1.2 and HDMI 1.4b specifications. USB power is used so no separate power supply is required, and the set is plug & play. Maximum supported resolutions are DisplayPort 3840 x 2160 @60Hz, HDMI 3840 x 2160 @30Hz and VGA 1920 x 1080 @60Hz. Compatible hosts include computers with USB Type-C ports that support DisplayPort Alternate Mode or Thunderbolt 3; DisplayPort Alternate Mode is usually indicated by a DisplayPort logo next to the USB-C port.

Advantages

The converter set offers flexible signal conversion between USB Type-C, DisplayPort, HDMI and VGA in a single compact kit. It supports high-resolution output up to 4K@60Hz over DisplayPort and simplifies multi-standard monitor connection without the need for multiple separate adapters. The aluminium housing provides durable construction and the USB-powered, plug & play design requires no external power or driver installation on supported operating systems.

How to use

Connect the appropriate adapter from the set to the computer's USB Type-C or Thunderbolt 3 port; if the host supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode the USB Type-C to DisplayPort or USB Type-C to HDMI options will output video. For chain conversions use the matching adapters (for example USB Type-C to DisplayPort then DisplayPort to HDMI) ensuring connectors are fully inserted. Plug the monitor cable into the final adapter output (DisplayPort, HDMI or VGA). The device is USB powered and should be recognised automatically by the operating system; select the desired display mode and resolution in system display settings.

Recommendations

For best video performance use the DisplayPort option when available to achieve 4K@60Hz. When using HDMI outputs, verify the connected display supports the required resolution and refresh rate; for legacy VGA displays expect a maximum of 1920 x 1080 @60Hz. Ensure the computer's USB-C port advertises DisplayPort Alternate Mode (look for the DisplayPort logo next to the port) or use a Thunderbolt 3 port for guaranteed compatibility.
