IP-beveiligingscamera Foscam V5P Bullet 3072 x 1728 pixel

The Foscam V5P Bullet IP security camera delivers 3K QHD images (3072 x 1728) for clear outdoor surveillance. Designed for wall mounting, this weatherproof camera features a 4 mm fixed focal length, CMOS sensor, 6x digital zoom and a wide field of view to capture a broad area. The model supports both wired Ethernet and dual-band Wi‑Fi (2.4 / 5 GHz) for flexible, stable connectivity and includes built-in microphone and speaker for two-way audio.

Advantages

The V5P provides high-resolution video with 3K/5MP QHD quality and a stable frame rate of 25 fps. Dual-band Wi‑Fi reduces interference and allows faster pairing on 5 GHz networks while wired Ethernet ensures reliable connection. Intelligent human and vehicle detection reduces false alarms by distinguishing people and cars from moving foliage or insects. An integrated spotlight and up to 100 dB siren offer sound and light deterrence, and an IP66-rated housing protects the unit against adverse weather.

Suitable for

• Outdoor home perimeter monitoring
• Driveway and vehicle surveillance
• Porches, entrances and yard security
• Small business outdoor areas

How to use

Mount the camera on a suitable outdoor wall using the supplied bracket and secure the unit and cabling according to local installation guidelines. Choose a mounting height and angle that provide the desired field of view (horizontal ~49.6°, diagonal ~107.9° as reference). Connect the camera to power and either Ethernet or your Wi‑Fi network; when using Wi‑Fi select 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz based on range and interference considerations. Complete initial setup and detection tuning via the Foscam app or web interface, test two‑way audio and configure alert settings for human/vehicle detection and the sound-and-light alarm.

Recommendations

Position the camera to avoid direct exposure to strong artificial lights and trim nearby vegetation to minimise false triggers. Use the 5 GHz Wi‑Fi band where available for reduced interference, and keep firmware up to date to maintain detection accuracy and security.
