IP-beveiligingscamera Panasonic WV-S2270L

The Panasonic WV-S2270L is a fixed dome indoor IP security camera delivering true 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution at 30 fps. Designed for ceiling or wall mounting, the camera offers a wide horizontal view of 101° and vertical view of 55°, motorized focus and 2x optical zoom for flexible monitoring. It includes built-in IR LED for clear monochrome images in total darkness up to 30 m and meets IK10 impact resistance standards.

Advantages

High-quality imaging from a large sensor and true 4K lens provides detailed evidence capture in challenging conditions. Auto shutter control preserves clarity of moving objects, while outstanding low-light color performance and low-noise imaging support night-time surveillance. Integrated IR illumination ensures visibility in 0 lux, and IK10 durability adds environmental robustness. Advanced H.265 Smart Coding reduces storage needs with self-learning ROI (Auto VIQS) while maintaining image quality. Security features include full encryption for SD card edge recording, FIPS 140-2 Level 1 compliance, and end-to-end encryption to protect against IP snooping and data tampering. Built-in i-VMD analytics notifies administrators of scene changes or potential threats.

How to use

Mount the WV-S2270L on a ceiling or wall using appropriate fixtures and ensure a stable wired Ethernet connection to your network and VMS. Adjust motorized focus and 2x optical zoom to frame the desired area, then configure exposure and auto shutter settings to optimize image clarity for moving subjects. Enable IR mode for 0 lux conditions if required. For recording, set up SD card edge recording or connect to a compatible VMS that supports H.265 and end-to-end encryption.

Recommendations

Position the camera to maximize coverage with its 101° horizontal view and avoid obstructions near the lens. Use H.265 Smart Coding to reduce storage while keeping critical areas at high quality, and enable i-VMD notifications to monitor unusual motion. For secure operation, use encrypted VMS connections and enable SD card encryption where available.
