IP-bewakingscamera Foscam V5P bullet 3072 x 1728 pixel

The Foscam V5P Bullet IP security camera delivers 3K QHD resolution (3072 x 1728) for clear outdoor surveillance. Built for wall mounting and housed in a weatherproof IP66-rated enclosure, this wired camera supports both Wi‑Fi (2.4/5 GHz) and Ethernet connections, offers a 4 mm fixed focal length with 6x digital zoom, and records at 25 fps to capture detailed footage day and night.

Advantages

The camera provides high-definition 3K/5MP imagery and a wide diagonal viewing angle for comprehensive coverage. Dual-band Wi‑Fi (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) reduces interference and speeds up setup, while on-device human and vehicle detection lowers false alarms from irrelevant motion. Two-way audio with built-in microphone and speaker enables real-time communication. An integrated spotlight and up to 100 dB siren offer sound-and-light alarm capability. The IP66 rating ensures reliable operation in adverse weather.

Suitable for

• Outdoor home surveillance (driveways, yards, entrances)
• Small business perimeter monitoring
• Wall-mounted installations where wired connectivity is preferred

Test two-way audio, spotlight, and siren functions after installation to confirm operation.

Recommendations

Place the camera under eaves or overhangs to reduce direct exposure to heavy rain, aim it to cover key access points such as doors and driveways, and use the 5 GHz band where available for a stronger wireless link. Regularly check firmware updates in the Foscam app and test alarm and detection settings to minimize false alerts and ensure reliable monitoring.
