JOYO JF-315 Metal Head high gain distortion gitaar-effectpedaal

The JOYO JF-315 Metal Head stands out in the crowded distortion pedal market with its uncompromising focus on high-gain metal tones, delivering crushing, tight distortion that retains clarity even at extreme settings. Unlike many budget pedals that muddy up under heavy gain, the Metal Head's three-knob layout offers precise control over Volume, Tone, and Gain, allowing you to sculpt everything from scooped thrash rhythms to searing lead tones. Its true bypass switching ensures your guitar's signal remains pristine when the effect is disengaged, while the rugged metal alloy housing promises durability for gigging and touring.

Highlights

• High-gain distortion specifically voiced for modern metal and hard rock.
• Simple yet effective 3-knob control: Volume, Tone, Gain.
• True bypass preserves your original guitar tone.
• Compact, road-ready metal alloy enclosure.
• LED indicator for effect status at a glance.
• Standard 9V DC power operation (adapter not included).

In daily use

Plug the Metal Head into your pedalboard and you'll immediately notice its aggressive character. The Gain knob sweeps from a crunchy overdrive to a full-blown, saturated distortion that remains articulate for fast palm-muted riffs. The Tone control is voiced to cut through a dense mix, letting you boost presence for solos or roll back for a darker, doomier sound. Volume matches your bypassed level or pushes your amp for a solo boost. The pedal's small footprint fits easily on crowded boards, and the true bypass ensures no tone suck when off. Power it with a standard 9V DC center-negative supply (not included) and the bright LED confirms operation.
