Kabel-adapter USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 1 DisplayPort zwart V7 V7UCDP-2M

The V7 Cable gender changer USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 1 DisplayPort Black V7UCDP-2M is a 2-meter adapter cable that converts a USB-C or Thunderbolt port to a DisplayPort connection for external displays. Designed for reliable signal transfer, the cable supports high-speed data and video transmission and enables Ultra-High Definition 4K output at 3840 x 2160 pixels at 60 Hz. The compact black jacket and copper-plated contacts provide a practical and durable solution for connecting modern laptops, desktops, tablets and other USB-C equipped devices to DisplayPort monitors and projectors.

Advantages

This USB Type-C to DisplayPort cable provides plug-and-play operation without the need for drivers on most operating systems, simplifying setup across a wide range of devices. Copper-plated contacts and quality construction support consistent signal integrity and long-term reliability. The 2 m length offers flexibility for desktop and meeting-room installations while maintaining performance for high-resolution video and fast data transfer.

Suitable for

• Connecting USB-C or Thunderbolt laptops and tablets to DisplayPort monitors
• Extending workstation setups where a DisplayPort input is required
• Meeting rooms and conference setups with external displays or projectors
• Home office environments needing 4K@60Hz external display support

Key specifications

• Cable type: USB Type-C (3.2 Gen 1) to DisplayPort gender changer
• Length: 2 meters
• Video support: up to 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) at 60 Hz
• Connector plating: copper-plated contacts for improved signal transfer
• Compatibility: works with USB-C and Thunderbolt enabled devices to DisplayPort displays
• Design: black jacket for a neutral, professional appearance

How to use

Connect the USB-C end to a compatible device with USB-C or Thunderbolt output and insert the DisplayPort end into the monitor or projector. The cable is driverless in most configurations and should be recognized automatically by the operating system; select the external display in system display settings to configure resolution and refresh rate. Ensure both devices are powered and the monitor input is set to DisplayPort if it does not switch automatically.

Recommendations

For stable 4K@60Hz performance, use the cable with devices and displays that explicitly support 4K output over USB-C or Thunderbolt and set the source device to the correct output resolution and refresh rate. Avoid tight bends near the connectors and keep the cable clear of high-interference sources to maintain signal quality. Store coil loops loosely to preserve cable life.
