Kabelbrug EUROLITE KB-3 3-kanaals 900×500×70 mm voor kabelbescherming

EUROLITE KB-3 3-channel 900×500×70 mm cable ramp is designed to protect and organize power, signal and network cables in temporary and semi-permanent installations. The ramp provides three parallel channels so multiple cables can be routed separately and kept away from pedestrian walkways. Its dimensions and low-profile design minimise trip hazards while supporting foot traffic and light vehicle passage in event venues, studios, workplaces and public areas.

Advantages

The KB-3 cable ramp combines a robust outer shell with distinct internal channels to protect cables from crushing and abrasion. Its modular, rectangular form allows stable placement across wide passageways and easy alignment with additional ramps. The surface profile is designed to improve traction and reduce slipping in busy environments. The ramp is suitable for rapid deployment and removal, facilitating flexible layout changes at events or on construction sites.

How to use

Place the cable ramp across the intended walkway and ensure it sits flat on the surface. Open or lift the channel covers if applicable, lay cables into separate channels avoiding sharp bends or overfilling, then close the covers or secure the cables with the provided fastening features. Connect adjacent ramps or align ends where longer coverage is required, and check that the ramp edges meet the floor to minimise tripping points. For removal, reverse the steps and store the ramp on a dry, level surface.

Recommendations

Inspect cables before installation to ensure they are fit for the intended load and environment. Avoid exceeding the ramp’s design capacity by routing heavy machinery cables or excessively thick cable bundles through the channels. Regularly check for wear or surface damage and replace the unit if significant deterioration is found. Use ramps on level surfaces and secure transitions between ramp sections in high-traffic areas.
