Kabelhuls Bachmann 930.904, zwart, losse verpakking — kabelmanagement-huls

Self-wrapping cable wrap designed for secure and flexible cable management. The product provides an easy-to-install solution that reduces labour and material costs while protecting cables from chemical exposure, cuts and abrasion. It is halogen-free and maintains its form across a wide operating temperature range.

Advantages

The self-wrapping design allows quick installation with minimal tooling and labour. Its flexible construction adapts to irregular cable bundles better than coiled or wound alternatives, and a 25% overlap ensures secure bundling. Chemical and solvent resistance together with cut and abrasion resistance improve cable longevity. Being halogen-free and stable from -75 °C to +125 °C supports safe use in varied environments.

Key specifications

• Installation: simple, low labour input
• Flexibility: more flexible than coiled or wound solutions
• Overlap: 25% overlap for secure bundling
• Chemical resistance: resistant to chemicals and solvents
• Halogen content: halogen-free
• Mechanical resistance: resistant to cuts and abrasions
• Operating temperature range: -75 °C to +125 °C

How to use

Wrap the strip around the cable bundle with the overlapped section positioned to provide at least 25% coverage. No specialized tools are required; adjust the wrap to fit the bundle diameter and ensure the edges engage to retain shape. For best results, apply at moderate temperatures within the specified operating range and inspect periodically for wear or damage.

Recommendations

Store the product in a dry, shaded area and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. For environments with extreme mechanical stress or temperatures beyond the specified range, consider selecting a protection solution matched to those conditions.
