Kabelhuls DeLOCK 60464 zwart 18,5 mm 2 m

The DeLOCK 60464 cable sleeve is a protective conduit and gland set designed to organise and protect cables and electrical wires. The sleeve is made of durable plastic, measures 18.5 mm in diameter and 2 m in length, and comes in black. Together with the provided gland, the sleeve forms a sealed feed-through for cables into enclosures, offering increased protection against dust and water.

Advantages

The product combination provides an IP67-rated dust- and waterproof seal when the gland is fitted to the corrugated sleeve. The conduit offers high flexibility to reduce stress from bending and is resistant to abrasion, temperature variations and many chemicals. The robust construction suits repeated use in installations while keeping cables organised and protected.

Suitable for

• Routing and protecting internal and external electrical cables
• Industrial installations, automation and machine systems
• Enclosure feed-throughs that require dust- and water-resistant seals
• Cable management where abrasion and chemical resistance are needed

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Model / MPN: 60464
• EAN: 4043619604647
• Material: Plastic
• Colour: Black
• Diameter: 18.5 mm
• Length: 2 m
• Protection rating (with gland fitted): IP67 (dust- and waterproof)

How to use

Slip the corrugated sleeve over the cable bundle to be protected and position it so the cables run freely without excessive bending. Attach the gland to the sleeve according to the gland's fitting method until a secure seal is achieved. Insert the sealed sleeve end into the enclosure feed-through and tighten or fasten the gland as required to obtain the IP67 seal. Verify cable routing and strain relief before finalising the installation.

Recommendations

Use the sleeve with compatible cable diameters and avoid overfilling; check chemical compatibility for prolonged exposure, and ensure the gland is correctly assembled to maintain the IP67 seal.
