Kabelklem Klauke SD50CS Micro SD50CS – kabelbevestigingsaccessoire voor elektrische installaties

Klauke SD50CS Micro SD50CS cable clamp is a compact fastening accessory designed for securing cables in electrical installations. It provides a low-profile solution to organize single conductors or small cable bundles, reducing strain on connections and limiting movement in routes where space is restricted. The clamp is suitable for fast, tidy cable management in residential, commercial and light industrial wiring applications.

Advantages

The cable clamp offers a compact design that minimizes occupied space while maintaining reliable grip on conductors. Its construction ensures stable fixation to mounting surfaces and reduces mechanical stress on cable terminations. The accessory simplifies routing, helps maintain clear separation between conductors, and supports neat installation practices without bulky hardware.

Suitable for

• Securing single conductors in junction boxes and panels
• Fixing small cable bundles along trunking and cable ducts
• Organizing wiring in residential and commercial electrical installations
• Light industrial applications where compact cable fastening is required

Key specifications

• Compact low-profile clamp body for constrained spaces
• Designed for single conductors and small cable bundles
• Suitable for mounting on common electrical surfaces and fixtures
• Provides mechanical strain relief and vibration reduction

How to use

Position the clamp over the cable or bundle at the desired fastening point, aligning it with a stable mounting surface. Secure the clamp according to the mounting method compatible with the installation (screw, snap-fit or adhesive depending on the environment and mounting provisions). Ensure the cable is held firmly without excessive compression to avoid conductor deformation. After fastening, verify that cable terminations remain accessible and that routing does not introduce sharp bends or tension.

Recommendations

Use the clamp at regular intervals along longer cable runs to distribute mechanical load; avoid placing clamps directly on terminations or ferrules. Select mounting points that prevent contact with heat sources and maintain compliance with applicable electrical installation standards and local regulations.
