Kabelring Rittal SZ 2593.000 — witte polyamide kabelmanagementring

Rittal SZ 2593.000 — white polyamide cable management ring is a compact component designed to secure and guide cable bundles inside enclosures, control cabinets and industrial installations. Made from durable white polyamide, the cable ring provides a stable fixing point for routing wires and maintaining organized wiring layouts. Its minimal profile and simple shape allow installation in confined spaces where reliable cable retention is required.

Advantages

The polyamide construction ensures resistance to mechanical stress and ordinary environmental influences typical for electrical cabinets. The white finish offers high visibility for easier identification and inspection of cable runs. The ring's compact dimensions reduce space consumption while still allowing neat bundling and separation of cables. Its straightforward geometry enables quick positioning and integration with standard mounting surfaces.

Key specifications

How to use

Position the cable ring at the desired location inside the enclosure where cable bundles require support or guidance. Attach the ring to the panel or mounting surface using appropriate fasteners or mounting points compatible with the enclosure; ensure the fixing method matches the panel material and thickness. Route cable bundles through the ring and adjust the placement to avoid sharp bends or strain on connectors. Verify that cables are secured without excessive compression and that the routing maintains required clearances for ventilation and component access.

Recommendations

Choose fasteners suitable for the panel material and load; avoid over-tightening to prevent deformation of the polyamide. Regularly inspect cable runs for wear and adjust placement if new cables are added or routing changes. For environments with chemical exposure or extreme temperatures, confirm material compatibility before prolonged use.
