Kabelsplitter Lanberg ADS-RJ45-2RJ45-OS zwart

The Lanberg ADS-RJ45-2RJ45-OS is a compact black RJ-45 cable splitter that converts one RJ-45 female connector into two RJ-45 female connectors. Shielded construction provides enhanced protection against electromagnetic interference, and the small form factor makes it suitable for installation in confined spaces at home or in the office.

Advantages

Shielded design reduces susceptibility to external interference. The splitter allows sharing a single network outlet between two devices without requiring a switch. Its compact and durable housing facilitates easy placement and minimizes clutter.

Suitable for

• Connecting two devices to a single RJ-45 port when separate cabling or a switch is not available
• Temporary network setups or demonstrations
• Home and small office network extension in tight spaces

How to use

Plug the splitter's single RJ-45 connector into the network outlet or cable, then insert up to two RJ-45 patch cables from the splitter's dual ports to the devices you wish to connect. Ensure cables are fully seated. Note that this passive splitter does not provide independent network ports at full simultaneous bandwidth the way a network switch does; compatibility depends on the connected devices and network setup.

Recommendations

For reliable simultaneous connections, use this splitter for simple or temporary setups and consider a network switch when independent full-bandwidth links for multiple devices are required. Keep the device and cables away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference despite the shielding.
