Kabeltrekband met trommel C.K Tools 495050 — nylon 4 mm diameter, 10 m, flexibele geleidepunt, rood

Cable pulling tape C.K Tools 495050 is a 10 m nylon tape with a 4 mm diameter supplied on a compact drum and fitted with a flexible leading head. Designed for guiding and pulling electrical cables through conduits, walls and building cavities, the tape combines sufficient stiffness for pushability with flexibility to follow bends and offsets. The drum keeps the tape organized and allows fast rewinding after use, while the bright red colour improves visibility when fishing cables in confined spaces.

Advantages

The nylon construction provides a balance of strength and flexibility, reducing the risk of snapping while allowing the tape to navigate bends. The 4 mm diameter delivers good push force for short to medium runs, and the flexible leading head reduces snagging on joints or insulation. The drum-mounted format enables neat storage and controlled feed, improving efficiency during installation and reducing handling time.

How to use

Feed the flexible leading head through the conduit or cavity until it reaches the target endpoint. Attach the cable to the tape using an appropriate connector or tape wrap, ensuring a smooth profile without sharp protrusions. Pull the tape back through the run at a steady pace, guiding the drum to maintain tension and prevent sudden jerks. Rewind the tape onto the drum after use to protect the leading head and to maintain readiness for the next job.

Recommendations

For best results, inspect the conduit for sharp edges and obstructions before use, avoid overloading the tape beyond short-to-medium run tensions, and use proper connectors or smooth tape wrapping to secure cables to the pulling tape. Store the drum in a dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the nylon material.
