Kabelverbinder ShiverPeaks BS50600-2 6,3 mm roestvrij staal

The ShiverPeaks BS50600-2 wire connector is a 6.3 mm male stainless steel connector supplied in a pack of two. Designed for durable electrical and audio/video connections, the connector body and contact surfaces resist corrosion and mechanical wear. Its 6.3 mm diameter makes it compatible with common spade-style terminals and many audio equipment and electrical installations that require a robust, metallic mating part. The pack of two provides spare parts for installations or replacements.

Advantages

The stainless steel construction provides enhanced corrosion resistance compared with plated brass or zinc alloys and contributes to long-term mechanical stability. The 6.3 mm male profile is a standard size that ensures broad compatibility with spade and tab female connectors used in audio, automotive, and general electrical applications. Supplied as a twin pack, it offers convenient redundancy for maintenance or small assembly tasks.

Suitable for

• Audio equipment connections that use 6.3 mm spade/tab terminals
• Automotive or vehicle electrical repairs and modifications
• General household electrical wiring where a durable male tab is required
• DIY electronics and prototype assemblies needing metal tab connectors

Key specifications

• Connector type: 6.3 mm male spade/tab
• Material: stainless steel
• Pack quantity: 2 pieces
• Intended use: electrical/audio/video connections and mechanical mating with female tabs
• Finish: metallic stainless appearance

How to use

Insert the male 6.3 mm tab into the corresponding female spade or receptacle until a secure mechanical and electrical connection is achieved. Ensure the mating female terminal is clean and free of corrosion for optimal conductivity. When fitting onto wire assemblies, use the appropriate crimp or solder method recommended for the mating system and the conductor size; secure any insulation or strain relief as needed to prevent movement that could loosen the connection.

Recommendations

Use these stainless steel male connectors where corrosion resistance and mechanical durability are priorities. Verify compatibility with the female tab size and the conductor cross-section before installation. Avoid excessive bending or repeated insertion cycles that may deform the tab and reduce contact reliability.
