Kabelverbinder ShiverPeaks BS72020 TAE N zwart

The ShiverPeaks BS72020 wire connector provides a TAE N male connection in a compact black housing designed for wired telecommunication and analogue device interfaces. This single-pack connector is intended to establish a secure, low-profile connection for telephone sockets and compatible equipment. Its construction focuses on reliable contact and straightforward installation for both field and home wiring tasks.

Advantages

The connector combines a standardized TAE N male interface with a robust black casing that resists everyday wear. It ensures stable electrical contact and reduced signal loss in short patch leads and socket extensions. The single-unit packaging simplifies procurement for small repairs or targeted installations, while the compact form factor allows use in confined enclosures and behind faceplates.

Suitable for

• Connecting analogue telephones to wall sockets using TAE N interfaces
• Replacing or extending short telephone leads in residential or small office setups
• DIY wiring projects involving TAE N male terminations
• Equipment testing and temporary telephone line connections

Key specifications

• Connector type: TAE N male
• Colour: black
• Package quantity: single unit
• Mounting style: inline/plug-in for TAE sockets
• Intended use: analogue telecommunication connections and short patch leads

How to use

Insert the TAE N male connector into the corresponding TAE female socket until it seats firmly. Ensure the mating socket and cable wiring conform to the required telecommunication standards before connection. For replacement tasks, disconnect power and existing lines where applicable, then swap the connector and verify continuity and signal using appropriate test equipment. Avoid excessive force when seating the connector to prevent damage to the housing or socket contacts.

Recommendations

Use the connector for short-run connections and interior wiring; avoid exposure to prolonged moisture or outdoor elements. For installations requiring environmental sealing or mechanical strain relief, pair this connector with appropriate housings or grommets. Verify compatibility with the target device and inspect contacts periodically for corrosion in older installations.
