Kabelwartel DeLOCK 60357 zwart kunststof 1 stuk

The DeLOCK 60357 cable gland is a black plastic screw-on cable entry fitting that provides a watertight seal for cable and conduit lead-throughs in enclosures. Made of durable material and supplied as a single piece, it is intended to protect cable entries from dust and moisture while preserving the cable position under vibration and movement.

Advantages

The screw-on design includes an integrated strain relief that secures the cable and reduces bending stress, preventing cables from slipping out or becoming damaged in machinery. The construction achieves IP68 protection against dust and water, increasing reliability in damp or contaminated environments. Its robust plastic body makes it suitable for repeated use and long-term installation.

Suitable for

• Cable entry points in control cabinets and electrical enclosures
• Machinery and automation equipment requiring strain relief
• Robotics and industrial applications exposed to dust or moisture

Key specifications

• Manufacturer: DELOCK
• Model / MPN: 60357
• Colour: Black
• Material: Plastic
• Pack quantity: 1 piece
• Protection rating: IP68 (dust and waterproof)
• Intended use: Cable gland with screw-on strain relief

How to use

Drill or prepare the appropriate-sized hole in the enclosure, insert the cable gland and tighten the screw-on nut to clamp the fitting to the housing. Route the cable through the gland and secure it by tightening the strain relief element until the cable is held firmly but not crushed. Verify the seal and mechanical fixation, especially where the assembly is exposed to vibration.

Recommendations

Use the cable gland within the specified cable diameter range for proper sealing and strain relief. Check compatibility with the enclosure material and confirm IP68 requirements for submerged or high-moisture applications. Periodically inspect the gland for wear or damage when used in vibrating or harsh industrial environments.
